At Azalia Accessories, we only offer refunds  in the case of an manufacturing defect in the item such as a missing cubic zirconia stone or other problems.

Kindly send us a clear photo of the problem along with a short description, so we can review the case and proceed with a refund or exchange.

Please note that refunds is not available for reasons other than manufacturing issues .
